Yes. Go to “Profile” and then select “Account Settings” to cancel. If you would prefer to make your profile invisible during times when you don’t need childcare or you are not actively seeking work, you can hide your profile until the next time you log in. For that duration, your profile will not be visible to babysitters or other parents. If you delete your account and wish to use it again in the future, you will have to enter all your information again.

If you requested a new password, you should receive an email with a link to test it. If it is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you can’t find the message, please contact our support team.

After logging in, go to your profile and click on “Account Settings.” There is a link that reads “Change Password” that allows you to select a new one.

You need a Premium membership subscription to contact other users. You can go to their profile and click on “Send Message.” As soon as you have done so, we will email that person as well as send a push app through the Sitly app. Anyone you send a message to is able to answer it for free. We never share any personal data such as your email address, physical address, or phone number with other Sitly users. Only you can decide if and when to share these details.

You can cancel your Premium subscription by logging in, going to your profile and clicking “Account Settings”. There, you’ll find a link for “Cancel subscription”.
