Gisele helped us out for a few days while we were on vacation in Buenos Aires. She was so warm and amazing with our two boys. They opened up right away to her, and looked forward to seeing her the following time. Her English is very good. She did coloring, games, and took out out our boys to the park also, and sent us frequent updates (e.g. how they ate and slept). She also kindly did the dishes and tidied up our place (on her own initiative). I really wish we were in the same country so that we could continue having her help. 200% recommend!

We are very happy with Gisele. She started working with our daughter Adriana when she was only 2-3 months old, and during this time she managed to win her heart (and ours too). Gisele is incredibly attentive and caring. She always finds an approach to Adriana, plays with her a lot, talks and entertains her so much. Every time Adriana sees Gisele, she smiles a lot. Gisele always strictly follows the daily routine, monitors the comfort and safety of the child. She also develops Adriana wonderfully, comes up with interesting games and exercises that are suitable for her age. We see that Gisele sincerely cares about our daughter, and this gives us a sense of peace when we leave Adriana with her. I definitely recommend Gisele ❤️

First things first – message the prospective babysitter or nanny about any past childcare experience they may have, and ask about references from prior families. Then you can check in with the other parents to see what their impression was of the sitter.

Next, come up with a list of questions that will help you determine if the sitter will be a good match for your family’s needs. First, you should make sure to comply with the minimum wage or hourly rate, established by law. Additionally, each babysitter’s rate is determined by several factors – including their level of experience, the number of kids who need looking after, and how far they need to travel for the job.

In order to come up with an appropriate rate, you should first take into account the minimum wage for your area. Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
